Terms of Service

Welcome to Refer, a platform designed to connect and enable the community to find and share referral codes. These Terms of Service govern your use of the Refer platform, owned and operated by Critical Hits LLC, a North Carolina based company.

By accessing or using the Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by:

  1. These Terms of Service; and
  2. Our Privacy Policy incorporated herein by reference.
Overview of Services

For Referral Code Providers:

  • Subscription Model: Refer operates on a subscription model with three tiers:

      • Tier 1: Allows posting of 1 referral code

      Tier 2: Allows posting of 2 referral codes

      Tier 3: Allows posting of 3 referral codes

  • Subscription Management: You can cancel or downgrade your subscription at any time. Your current subscription benefits will remain active until the end of your billing cycle. Once the cycle ends, your cancellation or downgrade will take effect, and you'll either be charged the new rate or no longer billed. Upgrades take effect immediately.
  • Subscription Payments: Payments are securely processed via Stripe. By subscribing, you agree to the Stripe Terms of Service. Your payment information is securely handled by Stripe and is subject to their privacy policies and terms.
  • As a subscriber to REFER, you accept sole responsibility for removing your codes from inactive referral programs or programs that have ended. REFER will mark referral programs inactive/expired/ended as soon as REFER is made aware of the termination of the third-party referral program.

For Referral Code Users:

  • Using Refer to search for referral codes is free, however, users must independently verify referral codes.
  • As a user of REFER, it is your sole responsibility to verify the referral program details outlined on REFER, as we try our best to outline the referral program, but can't guarantee their accuracy.
  • Your use or reliance on Third-Party Content is entirely at your own risk. It is your responsibility to independently evaluate the accuracy, legality, and relevance of such content.
Age Restrictions

To comply with US federal law "Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA)", users must be at least 13 years old (or equivalent minimum age in the relevant jurisdiction) to use our Services.

Modifications to the Service
  • We reserve the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. Any changes will become effective immediately upon posting on our website or through other communication channels.
  • Please note, modifications to subscription tiers may affect your ability to post referral codes, depending on your current subscription level.
Account Termination
  • Failure to maintain an active subscription will result in the suspension of your ability to post referral codes.
  • However, any previously posted codes that remain within the limitations of your current subscription will continue to be displayed, provided they do not violate these Terms.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our service, with or without cause, at any time and without prior notice. This includes, but is not limited to, situations where we believe you have violated these Terms of Service or engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activities.
Third-Party Content
  • Critical Hits LLC is not responsible for the accuracy, legality, or appropriateness of Third-Party Content.
  • Your use of Integrated Service Providers is subject to their terms of use, privacy policies, and any other applicable agreements or policies.
  • REFER does not control how Integrated Service Providers manage your data and is not responsible for any issues arising from their handling of your information.
User Feedback

We welcome your feedback and suggestions to improve the Services. By submitting feedback to us at support@refer-codes.com, you grant Critical Hits, LLC a non-exclusive, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, and incorporate your feedback into our Services without any obligation to compensate you.

Limitation of Liability

Critical Hits LLC is not liable for any loss resulting from your use of the Services. Critical Hits, LLC is not liable for any Third-Party Content provided through the Services, including its accuracy, legality, or appropriateness.

General Provisions
  • This agreement is governed by the laws of North Carolina.
  • Claims not subject to arbitration must be brought in Mecklenburg County, North Carolina.
  • You may not imply any sponsorship, endorsement, or affiliation with REFER or its users without prior written consent from Critical Hits LLC.
